We take orders for quarters and sides of beef year-round. When you purchase a quarter or side, you get a variety of steaks, roasts, stew meat, lean ground beef, etc - all for one set price per lb.
Customize your order to best suit your family! You choose the thickness of the steaks, the size of the roasts, the number of steaks per package, and the amount of stew meat or ground beef per package.
What does it cost?
Front Quarter - $ 2.00 per lb.
Hind Quarter - $ 2.95 per lb.
Side of Beef - $ 2.30 per lb.
How is it packaged?
Paper wrapping is included in the price.
For vacuum-packaging add $0.15 per lb.
How much beef is in a quarter or a side?
A Quarter is approx. 125 - 150 lbs dressed wt.
A Side is approx. 250 - 300 lbs. dressed wt.
Is there a delivery charge?
We offer free delivery to pick-up locations in the
Annapolis Valley.
